Gaddisa Lodge & Safaris has a number of package tours available, however we can also arrange tours designed to your personal wishes. Gaddisa Lodge & Safaris is conveniently situated between Mount Kenya and 6 wildlife parks.  For more information about the parcs click on the name of the parc. Join us on one of the many available safaris and see African wildlife in its natural surroundings. What we offer:  Day Safari (6 am - 4 pm / 06.00 hrs ? 16.00 hrs) Take an exciting 1-day safari with one of our experienced guides in a 4-wheel drive vehicle. You will come across an abundance of wildlife, their hunting grounds and eco-systems. We will stop at the most breathtaking viewing points and drive along the numerous watering holes. The 'big five' are right at our back door, so there is a good chance that you will see them all. Catering on safari is included. Safari by Horseback or Camel. (half-day; 1-day or 2-days) A totally unique experience is a safari on horseback or camel. Our Ethiopian horses are extremely suited for long journeys on rough terrain. Guides will explain to you the art of tracking in the wilderness. Such a safari is an exhilarating experience that will bring you closer to nature. Safaris on horseback or camel can be tailor-made for your pleasure. Mount Kenya Hike Gaddisa Lodge & Safaris will take you on a 4-day hike of Mt. Kenya where we will reside in lodges on the mountain. Mt. Kenya is very popular with mountain climbers. There are three peaks. Point Lenana (4985 meters) can be climbed by any fit person. The other two peaks are more strenuous and require climbing experience. There are various climbing routes: the Naro Moru Route, the Sirimon Route, the Chogoria Route, the Burguet Route, the Timau Route and the Summit Circle Path. We can advise you on the right trip for you depending on your climbing experience. Climbing boots and warm clothing are mandatory. All other equipment will be supplied.
